Shipping (Australian Orders)
the Heart Is – Giftware / Homeware / Babyware’
delivers Australia wide. To
ensure reliable and safe delivery of your items we use Australia Post's
standard 'click and send' delivery for most of the orders. After your
order had been dispatched, we will notify you and provide tracking details. If
you have a request for a certain postage method, please let us know when you
place your order by choosing the 'shipping Quote' payment method at checkout and letting us know details in the 'Customer Message' section. (Extra charges may apply for express or registered post.)
We can deliver to you, or if the
item is a gift we can deliver to the recipients address (and invoice you
separately should you desire). If the item is a gift let us know and we can
wrap it for you and include a special message for the recipient.
orders will be dispatched by Ware the heart is within 1-3 days of purchase. If
there is a delay for processing your order for some reason we will notify you
immediately by email.
Postage Costs are a flat rate of $8.95* within Australia.
All orders over $150 have free shipping - Australia wide.
While we have created the Flat
Rate of $8.95 for an easier shopping experience for our customers – if you
would prefer us to get an exact shipping quote for your order (eg: for a small
purchase that may fit in a padded envelope etc) we are more than happy to
oblige. If you require this you can email us your order or you can go through
the checkout and choose the “Shipping Quote” payment method – and give us
your address details when prompted.
*Please Note - a few large/heavy items may be sent by courier if appropriate to do so (such as some of the retro kitchen range). If this is the case we will email you with the delivery details and ensure you are ok with it before proceeding. This may (but rarley) involve a small extra fee depending on your location. Orders will not proceed without your approval.

Homeware / Babyware welcomes New Zealand & all International Orders. Each international order will be individually
quoted a shipping price. Please choose
"Shipping Quote" as your payment method and we will email you
with exact shipping costs for your destination - alternatively you can email us
International delivery can take up to 4 weeks depending
on location - but averages 10 days. An estimate will be provided for you.
Please note that some countries apply taxes and duties on
parcels. The parcel recipient us responsible for any and all such extra charges
that are not within our control.
Please note Free shipping does not apply to overseas
orders! Please choose your shipping option correctly during the check out.
Your satisfaction is our first
priority at ‘Ware the heart is’. Each order has been securely wrapped to help
prevent any damages that may occur during the postage process. However, if your
item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the
item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the
item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original
packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still
be in an unused and saleable condition.

be responsible for lost parcels once posted – an Australian post tracking
number will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched and you can
direct any queries to the Australian Post order tracking system. If you would
